Nothing good about my experience. Booked a family car (bmw 1 series or similar stated). When picking up car was offered a fiat tipo estate… not very similar but told it was all they had left. When picking up car was shocked at the state of the car! Dents everywhere, scratches. Obviously involved in some sort of accident as part of the rear of the car was in the boot! Car had done over 97k kms. Puncture on first day and impossible to get hold of rental company. Used spare wheel for a fortnight. When dropping off car I highlighted the puncture and told no problem. However I was charged £142 later for the puncture! €50 charge just for admin to tell me!!!! Numerous emails back and forth to try and resolve but gave up on the end. Terrible service and rubbish car. Will NEVER use Europcar again
