I would give it zero if possible. I have ms and have to use this crappy app to order repeat prescriptions. It's been down for ages with no communication with users and no actual information about when it will work again. What are we supposed to do? I work away from home, so can't turn up and camp out at my GP surgery waiting for a prescription and there's zero chance of getting through when you have to phone up at 8am. If I was this criminally bad at my job I would have my arse handed up me on a plate.
