I just want everyone who uses cash app and chime to deposit or receive funds to be aware it is against their rules to use account for funding. They will close your account, sometimes without warning and will NOT refund you. Take your funds out immediately

We are currently experiencing issues sending redemption to digital banks wherein sometimes our processor is able to send it, sometimes it isn't, however use of Chime and Cash App to purchase and redeem is not against our T&Cs as long as it is in your own name.
Just for some clarification - are you meaning Chime/Cash Apps rules or Ruby Sweeps rules?
