This site is amazing
This site is amazing. It helped me write an incredible cover letter and resume. Their AI tool is pretty impressive. I give this site a strong 5 out of 5. My only complaint is that they don't provide a way to download your resume in a different file format like "doc". You can only download your resume as a "pdf".

Thanks for the feedback - much appreciated. We can talk to the team about your request for resumes in doc format. We haven't done this yet because there are a ton of different versions and sometimes it makes the formatting wonky if you send one version and the recipient has another. But we'll chat about it.
