The worst online service imaginable…

The worst online service imaginable it’s like something from the dark ages as if their goods are being delivered by horse & cart that then arrive in multiple different deliveries.
Such a shame as the quality of the baby & children’s wear is lovely.
I think until they get their online service sorted out I’d advise shopping elsewhere, or in store. Especially if you want something for a special day or occasion, I’d give it a least 2 weeks & if it’s a large order then expect it in multiple deliveries & much of it to be missing.
The customer services department will plead ignorance in the nicest possible way, as they know how terrible their service is. Good luck to any customer who braves an online order with The White Company. “

At time of writing we were still waiting for three items from a large order for over 10 days along with a gift box & gift message, as all the items we purchased has not been gift wrapped, no gift box or message.
Then after pointing out their error the head of
Customer services cancelled our
order without any explanation or communication, then ignored any emails to ask for an explanation & the goods we paid for.
If you want items from The White Company go to a store as their online service is non existent & their head is department is ineffectual and ignorant.
