Royal Mail has been Absolutely awful. I missed an important delivery due to it being delivered while I was away and needs a signature. I requested a re delivery which went through and I got an e mail confirming a new delivery date. Waited in all day on the date they gave me, didn’t turn up. The next day waited in all day, didn’t turn up. Both days tried numerous times to phone them and every time they cut me off. They make sure they have No e mail address or ways of contacting them. A Cheap & tacky non service and So unprofessional. As yet Still no delivery or contact from them. Complete Waste of a business
