Zeer slechte service
Zeer slechte service. De staff is onprofessioneel en liegt zelfs tegen klanten over veranderingen in hun voorwaarden. Moeilijke vragen worden nooit beantwoord.
Plutus was vroeger een prima cashback kaart, maar is tegenwoordig de moeite niet meer waard. Wil je bijvoorbeeld je cashback omzetten naar geld, dan kost je dit 50%. Zo wordt die 3% cashback die je krijgt nog maar 1,5%. Je kunt beter bij de concurrentie zijn.
EDIT: De reactie van Plutus op mijn review is er één die ze bij een hoop reviews kopiëren en plakken, maar het is helemaal geen daadwerkelijke reactie op de inhoud van mijn review. Dit toont dus wel weer aan hoe onprofessioneel dit bedrijf is.
