We bought a bag for our friends big bday & it is absolutely gorgeous! we are very happy with it & was beautifully packaged too. Customer services were brilliant If you needed to ask anything about the product etc.. they came back to us very quickly. We have now ordered another bag for another friend's bday thank you.
