battery down from day 1

device came with a battery thats completely down. Only charges up to 0 percent.This is a crazy condition to sell a refurbished laptop in, without any mention of the battery being dead. The lenovo system itself tells me the battery is critical and it had to be replaced asap. It's crazy that they did not do anything about it before sending it in. I do not have a replacement laptop, so i cannot send it back.. I need it for school and i have urgent exams. I am disappointed and let down.
I edited my review because the team reached out to me and they provided a solution that didn't involve sending the laptop back. The team was available and responsive. I am happy with their handling of the situation.
