Waste of money, if errors are there

Paid for a rental car. We made sure that me and a relative got the proper location selected. However, whether it was us (me and relative) or the system that made the error for selecting a different airport, with no insurance from them (because we don't need one), a different location was set, in which we weren't aware, until the booking confirmation email arrived. We tried changing the location, but due to certain settings, it isn't possible. Contacted customer support via phone, and told me to get a different booking, which I refuse. On their website, no option to get the location changed, nor to get a full refund with cancellation. Customer support was the same.

Lesson is, check everything on their site, before you do the booking. Otherwise, you won't see the money again that you just wasted.

And for the employees seeing this review, I'm pretty sure that those actions are not EU compliant that you are doing. If I encounter the same error again, then things might be legal trouble (I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not confirming anything), since EU customer rights apply, when it comes to billing, even if whether you intend to take responsibility or not. Now, this is not a threat, since I'm not sure, whether I'll be travelling to Spain again or not, but next time, I want DoYouSpain.com to be EU compliant, not do potential shady actions.
