Misleading renewal policy

When you subscribe, it is by default set up as automatic renewal. It is not clear on your account that it is an automatic one. To stop the automatic, you have to cancel your subscription, what is not the most obvious way of doing it. When one year later, I've realised that I had been charged for another year, I immediately contacted them. Due to their "strict cancellation policy", they didn't want to refund the subscription. They offered instead credits for a future subscription (knowing that I don't know if / when I will have to use it again). Their renewal policy is misleading and their customer service lacks completely of flexibility. They lost a ex-happy customer.
