This company is a joke !
This will be my first time using UPS and twice in a row and I have to say it's the worst experience I've had with any delivery company. My delivery has been rescheduled 3 times on one item and twice on another occasion. What is the point of emailing you with a delivery time when you will not deliver at the specified time.
I am still waiting for my delivery as I write this. Its been rescheduled 3 times now. This company is a joke !
