Misleading Listing:
I tried to buy a listing for a heatsink on their site. I later was sent an email that that listing was sold out, but that they sold the same part for almost 4x the price of the original listing on a different listing on the same site. I tried bargaining with their support team, but to no avail. I'm not mad, but it is frustrating.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. The original listing was for a refurbished unit that sold out. The new one is a brand new part, which is why the price was higher. Totally get the frustration – appreciate your understanding!
