HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have been using doordash at least once a day, and I get all my groceries there too, so say an average spend of $30 per/day - they cancelled my Coles order and would not give me credits but advised I would get a refund in 3 business days... I am sorry, but for a client who spends equal to or more than $10,000.00 per/year and to be offered a $5 credit and not see my money for 3 business days is UNACCEPTABLE - Sorry doordash you have lost my business completely!! I will submit a written complaint also
