I cannot praise Jet 2 enough. The flight and plane comfort was excellent. The private taxi was waiting for us and also arrived early on our return transfer. We have had so many issues in the past with taxi transfers with TUI as well as other issues. I wish we had gone through Jet2 earlier. The reps Antonio and Hajar at the hotel were so helpful and supportive.
Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and had to go to hospital for a small operation. Hajar sat with me for several hours at the hospital (my husband could not be with me) helping with translation and various issues; including sorting out gluten free food for my meal. She arranged for wheelchair assistance at the airport if needed as I was flying home the next day. She supported both me and my husband and helped arrange taxi transfers to and from the hospital. Her support at the hospital made me feel less anxious. She gave me her telephone number and always answered or called back as soon as possible if driving or with a client. She also shared her wifi with me as the hospital did not have access and I couldn't get my roaming to work on my pay as you go mobile. It meant I could contact friends and family at home with updates. Thank you so much Hajar and I hope to see you and Antonio next May. Sending best wishes.
