I had an issue with a return which was very much out of the 14 days it should be returned within. I miss read the date. I contacted customer services through the website and asked for support with this. I had a quick reply which helped to sort out the problem. My contact was with Megan who was superb. The email contact was efficient and supportive. I would certainly use them again following this.
