Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. I was billed incorrectly, and had the absolute worst experience trying to get it sorted. It was difficult to get in contact with an actual human, who can answer questions, and not just copy and paste some vague response. No one could give an actual answer as to why I was billed incorrectly. I don't feel safe knowing I could get a charge as big as $60 and no one can explain it. I will never use them again.
