i would give one star if i could. on arriving at JFK was told driver would be in arrivals with a board with my name, nope didnt happen. Had to be calling him for 20 minutes and couldnt find him. Gets worse going back to JFK a few days later. Chatting with driver over phone in perfect english. Get in taxi and speaks NOT ONE WORD OF ENGLISH, puts the airport details into sat nav in chinese. Totally illegal and fraudulent to pretend you speak english. I got ou the taxi as soon as i could. Have asked the company for their insurance details and license details as am sure neither would be happy they employing immigrants (lets face it they must be if cant even say hello in english ) so clearly not insured. EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID, AND IF YOU A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELLER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
