Bad company -stay away!

I've shopped there for 15 years and now will stop because of not only high prices but mailing defective items as final sale which can NEVER be returned obviously. You cannot send a defective item to a customer as final sale. That's unethical and unprofessional. People buy items on sale because they cannot afford the regular price. But if you intentionally send that defective item to the customer because you know it will never be sold at ANY price then your business practices are very unquestionable. Donate defective items but don't sell them still supposedly on sale for a $100 from the reg. price $300. Very bad company. Don't shop there. Stay away!
