Don't expect anything to happen quickly
I found this site and thought the watch bands looked great and the prices are really good. I ordered two. The next day I got an email saying that they had received my order. My credit card was charged on that day, too. A couple days later, I received an email saying that my purchase was on the way. I checked the tracking number. It took about four days for it to move to the "shipping partner." Then it sat there for several more days. It took 13 days to get to me. The bands are really pretty and I might recommend them to friends, but don't expect to get them quickly. Also, it took three days to get a response to an email. I have tried to find where this company is located. Sheridan, Wyoming comes up. I could drive cross country to pick up my order faster than it got to me. They definitely need to change their shipping method. You will be pressured to add to your order, too.
Your reply says that you received my order on the 15th. How could you charge my credit card on the 14th if you didn't receive the order until a day later? I know, that still falls within your time frame. As a former small business owner (I retired), I know that shipping time is important to the customer. If a customer can see that you create a shipping label then it is three or four days until the carrier receives the package, that is a problem. I would really like to order a couple more straps, but, I probably won't.
