One only thing we can say - A MASSIVE IGNORANCE!!! Post men never knock the house door or call phone number. Customers waiting inside and they are not a holy ghost to see who is behing the door !!! They just leave parcel in unkown neighbourhood or note and run away quickly. Post delivery service is paid already and no one will waste a time for travelling to post magazine to collect own stuff !!!
But they already know about customers complains, still nothing. Surely reorganizing post system and changing staff will help, replacing people who really care !
