A terrible shipping company, incompetent
With their rough handling during the reloading, they completely destroyed my shipment. The complaint lasted six months, when they practically did not communicate and I had to chase them all the time. In the end, they just told me that they would not accept my claim as it's a prohibited item. (from the beginning UPS exactly knew what the item is with detailed description). If you want to keep your shipment to its destination in order, you should definitely avoid UPS.
