I would leave 0 stars if I could. I received my order on a Saturday, first thing Monday I called Customer Service to tell them things were missing. I was told to email them because they couldn't help over the phone. I sent everything that was asked of me to send, invoice, pic of delivery, products received, etc. I paid extra for a freezer pack, that was not in my box, apparently the "freezer pak" was this silver balloon that I was supposed to know contained my missing items. I reached out to CS 3 times, I was told to bad, I should have cut open the freezer pak and there is nothing they can do. How was I to know that they sealed items in a pak with no seams? Wish I could add a picture for all to see. So I am out $40 and they don't care. Order at your own risk and hope you don't have a shipping issue.
