This company is total garbage. They spend millions on commercials with emus and goofy mascots and pass that disastrous company policy along to you in the form of 50% price hikes on already overpriced policies state wide for all customers... Even though we live in the second safest city in Ohio and the eighth safest city in America.

We were very smart and we went to progressive for our new homeowners policy and literally saved $2,600 a year over the price Liberty was trying to charge us after a 50% increase and no claims against them in over 12 years.

When you call customer service to find out how you could possibly have a $2,600 higher price for homeowners insurance then your next closest competitor they become defensive and refuse to explain their policy or their reasonings for raising your prices 50% and instead try to argue with you about their value.

Liberty mutual insurance for your home is a disaster. Do not approach this company, they will give you all promises and then they will jack your prices up 50% to almost 3,000 a year.
