Failed to deliver, incapable customer service
Incompetent and incapable customer service.
If you ever end up having an issue with the deliver provider/logistics, Tediber's customer service will demonstrate an unfathomable amount of incompetence. The delivery for the mattress was missed (scheduled June 29th). After tirelessly communicating with them, offering solutions myself (they were unable to problem solve), I now have a delivery scheduled on August 7th. More than a month later.
That would be OK-ish if you ordered, I don't know, a pair of socks. But we're talking about a mattress/bed. If it's for your new place or a move, you might have to sleep on a terrible air mattress for the whole time.
And even then, I was the one who solved the problem, going through multiple layers of the logistics company MYSELF, since Tediber was unable to achieve anything.
You'd think any decent company would offer compensation or something. They don't. The only thing they offered me was to cancel the order and get reimbursed. That is "how far" they'll go to assist you. I wasted a solid 4-5 days on this.
If you have the option, order somewhere else.
