I haven’t started my Zoe journey yet but this is a review of their customer services. Had an issue (my own fault) with the glucose monitor and Taylor sorted it for me (via the chat on the app) really quickly and professionally.
I will write another review (or add to this one) when I’ve got an insight into what the plan has done for my body
