Order and refund Update
Updated review: as I had previously reported issues with not receiving my order, it is only fair to report my update. Customer services called to apologise for any problems I had been having. The item I had originally ordered had arrived in stock. I was asked if I would like to go ahead with the order or continue with cancellation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead. The order arrived in A1 condition the next day, with the servIce manager calling to check if all was OK. I would recommend calling them still before ordering to check stock availability, but the service I have now received has made up for the earlier supply issue.
