Unusable Veneer
I hate to put this in a review as - normally - I have had no issues from this Company at all but, there's always a but, I have never had such poor quality veneers in my life! The first veneer was wavy and had more holes than swiss cheese. I sent in some pics to say I wasn't happy and they said that it looks like a different veneer to the one I ordered and were "wavy due to their drying process". I re-ordered 2 sheets - they did reduce the price - and the same veneers were delivered. They were the same as before in holes AND so wavy that when I coated them and applied to the object, they split in 7 different places!!! Sorry WVH but I am only saying it like it was/is. I WILL add that they are usually super dooper but just not this time.

After further investigation, it seems that the incorrect veneer was sent to you on both occasions. The Ash Burl veneer, which is naturally weaker, may have holes due to the pips falling out - a natural process. The correct veneer for you should have been the Olive Ash.
