I received the medicine but it is not cold. The ice pack is completely melted and the medicine was warm. Messaged the doctor and he indicated it should be fine. I am very happy with my weight loss I’m down 8 lbs in 3 weeks. I think they need a better packaging system with this massive heat wave hitting the US. Gave 3 stars due to the mail issue.
