We have been wanting to convert our conservatory to an extension with a roof since we moved into the property 9 years ago and have had a few quotes from various companies over the years. A friend recommended Visual to us and from the first sales visit we could tell they were different from all the other companies we had spoken to. John really listened to us and took the time to understand what we wanted, how we lived and to develop a proposal that really worked for us. We were so impressed we got a quote for our windows and front door at the same time. The quote came in competitively and within budget so we also took the opportunity to ask them to quote for installing a new window to provide additional light to a dark room.

The installation date was confirmed pretty quickly (within a few weeks) and the work in totality took 3-4 weeks as quoted. The process from start to finish was brilliant. There was a total of 11 people working on different elements of the build/work and each and every one of them was a pleasure to have around. They were polite, courteous, arrived on time and worked hard and the standard of work is fabulous. Richard in the office kept me well informed with daily calls and so I always knew what to expect and had a point of contact should I need it.

We are so pleased with the finished result and would definitely go to Visual again without hesitation if we move house and need more work doing. Highly recommended!
