Poor service with simyo.es …

We signed up with simyo.es in January 2024. We could not recieve the internet.We had three engineers out to locate the problem which were unsuccessful.We cancelled our contract, they collected the router from our agent on 05.03.24.
The agreement said that we had to pay for three months and the we could cancel the agreement. We were then billied for a further two months, we requested a return of money of which we have not received todate. We received an email saying they are trying to collect further money.
I would advise prospective customers to consider using other providers.
