What a shambolic company. Ordered a few items as I have a wedding to go to. The items are way too big and not the material I was expecting. In line with their Returns Policy on the website, it states you must contact them before processing a return, which I did on a few occasions and each time I was given options of exchanges or partial refund. I want a full refund minus the postage (fine, this is in their Policy). Again and again they wont fulfil the full refund but now been offered a full refund but only if I return the items to China, yet the refund policy on their website states:-

They are refusing to give a full refund unless I pay ridiculous charges to send to China as surprise surprise, their UK address is unavailable at the moment. I am going to be contacting Trading Standards as this is false information on their website and everything about them sucks. I will NOT be using them again, ever. The photos are deceiving, the material they use is weird and the returns policy is disgusting. All I want is my money back and processed in line with their policy which states it is to be returned within the UK.
