Too much evidence required to prove trip was canceled
I wanted to cancel a trip. To cancel the trip, I needed to know the date I booked it, and submit 3 different kinds of evidence that would take me a long time to determine if I could even get it. Even though they had all of the information, I would have to get Travelocity to send me a statement that my trip was canceled, etc.

In order to pay out a claim, documentation must be provided. I’m sure you appreciate that without this proof, a claims handler is unable to settle any claim. I’m sure Travel City can provide you with a statement as to why your trip was cancelled and the claim process can then commence.
