Probably the worst of the worst. I am a fully verified player and my first redemption went through zero issues and the second one all of a sudden I need like TSA level security for no reason. It’s so bad in fact they had me record myself pressing my bank account app and showing them transactions I made to them as well as showing my name on account bank account number another utility bill license. I mean who asks a high paying customer to record themselves using their bank account app. Here’s the worst part now they’re prolonging me getting my money just because I won more than I have spent lol. I’m going to to legal action against this place very soon if I don’t get my money and that’s a promise this place does not care about their customers a single bit. Stay away please or else your going to be as frustrated and mad as I am
