Great customer service and products! I recently bought a vacuum cleaner Unlimited 7 and I couldn't be more happier. It works perfectly, comes with three different accessories, very silent compared to my old one and what I really like is that the hair is not trapped in the roller but actually went all the way to the filter. My old one used to do great job but all the hair was trapped on the roll making life difficult to clean it every time I was using it. With this new one, one hair was trapped on the roll and I didn't had to use scissors, the rest of the hair was on the filter container. So happy with my purchase and comes with two years of warranty and one year of warranty for the battery. Just perfect!
