FedEx has become a complete joke
FedEx has become a complete joke. I really don't know why I'm posting this review, because it's obvious that FedEx knows they're terrible, and doesn't care a bit. I've been a corporate customer of FedEx for twenty years, and today's events are the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back". No more, as I've instructed FedEx to cancel our account immeditely. We have a current shipment of expensive computer server equipment that they keep delaying, for a plethora of reasons. Today (the third day this has happened), they claimed they "attempted delivery". That's a complete lie, as the offices are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm, including the lunch hour. No one attampted anything. Enough is enough. Tomorrow, we're going to contact Oracle to have them replace the order.
