Tom Hughes phoned me within the 72 hours and was helpful and informative. Was calm and didn't hurry me whilst discussing options for my shower replacement. Have now placed an order. Separate issue,leaving a review is a hassle,entering the date is complicated and confusing.Statement says use dashes,example shows comas!
