Slow response from Customer service
I Ordered an “Experience” for my daughter’s birthday and put her address as the delivery address for the vouchers. When I got the receipt, the delivery address was wrong! I immediately tried to contact customer services but there is no way to talk to someone straightaway. It took a bad review on here to get them to do anything. However, once a human being namely Lisa got on to the problem it was all sorted. Apparently ApplePay can override their delivery addresses. Lisa was brilliant so now my daughter will get her birthday present.
