No parcel

Received tracking updates to say the parcel was on its way; at 14.39 it was supposed to have been delivered to my front porch and there is no sign of the parcel. No one rang the door bell, knocked the letterbox/front door or even attracted my fathers attention (who was in the front garden at the time). I wouldn't have minded but the parcel contained plants which had been in the delivery system all over the weekend.

Hi Lorraine, I understand that your parcel has not delivered, and the driver did not even ring the bell or knock on the door to inform you of delivery.
