Terrible service
Terrible service.
I paid for my vignette on May 22nd as I needed it for 10 days June 1st - June 10th, so there was more than enough time to send it to me.
I reached out to support multiple times, but received a response only after I cancelled my order on May 31st (luckily I purchased the cancellation protection so was able to get my money back).
However, the vignettes for other countries that I got on this website were provided in a timely manner.

thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned yourself, you have purchased the cancellation protection. Your toll product will be set up for you on time so that you can start driving on the chosen validity date! It is usually set up 1 hour before the start of validity.
This means that registration takes place in the evening before the start of validity. The standard validity start of each pre-order is at 00:00. Registration therefore takes place between 11 p.m. and midnight. You will then also receive the order confirmation and the invoice.
