Ordered 12 boxes of tiles for the living room but only delivered 9! We needed around 7 more boxes when the order was placed the delivery stated 1st may. Chased them for delivery as no updates, apparently the tiles are out of stock, however they still allowed me to make the purchase online with no indication of the product being out of stock. Eventually after 3 months of chasing and constantly being lied to, the tiles were delivered. AWFUL customer service and they do not refund you the difference instead they ignore your emails regarding refunding the difference. No apology for the delay and inconvenience caused, also they do not deliver the tiles inside they leave them outside your door step. Wouldn't recommend to anyone they need to work on their CS skills and how to manage a business properly.

I would like to reach out to you and apologise for how things were when you placed your in February, its no excuse but we was in a state of transition between two companies, so over a period of 6-8 weeks we really did not have much information as to when containers were due into us, which regards to Emails again we didn't have access to emails for approx. 2-3 weeks as they was being transferred over to a new supplier.
