We're sad you've left a negative review of your situation. As we explained in your support request, you purchased our products nearly two months ago and are now asking for a refund after discovering WHMCS doesn't fit your business needs. Our license agreement is quite clear regarding our refund policy.

Even though you claim to have used the product for "one day," the logs within our software licensing system show that the license was activated shortly after purchase.

Regarding your claims about bribing, we don't offer any incentives for positive reviews. We offer our customers credit for ANY review, positive or negative, on other Marketplace platforms (not Trustpilot). I'm happy to provide that information to Trustpilot as well.
