I ordered one item from them, a sweatshirt, for $14.99. After I hit "pay now" it added additional fees to my total without my authorization! I've never seen such an unethical way to conduct business. I emailed the company and they said they would refund the "service fees" as a one-time courtesy, what a joke. Two months later, no refund. But I do have a recurring monthly charge of $39.95 showing up on my credit card! Are you kidding me? I'm disputing all charges. Incredibly unethical company, they should be shut down.
