Will never use again; the agents lied to us and to the nanny we were trying to hire. They were clearly attempting to increase their commission by persuading her to take another job, which was offering her slightly higher pay (and which she was not interested in). They specifically told us that she was ‘leaning towards’ the higher offer and meanwhile they told her that we were wanting to hire a different candidate. None of this was true. In fact they said all this after we had made the nanny a formal offer - they withheld the offer from her despite having told us that the offer had been submitted to her. The nanny did eventually join us and we quickly worked out the scale of the lies the agents had been telling. Extremely unpleasant and unethical behaviour.
