Absolute shambles,QD messed up my motor insurance policy,
Insured a few weeks back ,got a recorded delivery today letter from ' footprint ' underwriters informing me ofcancellation ,
On the phone 2 hours so far,no answer bar one who said he will pass on my information to a manager today,( he never even asked me my details)
I'm exasperated ATM,
This isn't the customer care I was expecting,
Be aware ppl
I'll never ever go near this shambles of an excuse for an insurance again,
Dropped and unanswered calls in 2024 is a bad joke ,
