You need to deliver your stuff a different way than with US couriers
I am not happy with their delivery process so they’ve used FedEx and they’ve used UPS absolutely terrible.
It’s happened to me twice now that they don’t pack the products the way you order them.
Their online status is terrible. It shows that a product with delivered and sometimes it’s delivered for five days late.
Other than that leadership is very well trained. They’re very understanding and they reimburse me for the problems. I haven’t seen the reimbursement because I’m still in the 20% factor mode once I’m out of the box I believe I will be able to use the money that they have credited to my account.
If anyone is offended at the call center, I know it’s not you that does that delivery stuff. It’s just the customer voicing frustration because there’s no one else to voice that frustration to thank you for being a very understanding person. Whoever you are whatever team you are very professional don’t get mad at people when they are swearing or cussing at them Immediately transferred me to a supervisor immediately resolved the situation
