Unacceptable
A parcel was sent to me on the 4th April and I've still not received it. I was asked by Vinted to wait 25 days but it still hasn't arrived. I contacted Inpost and they said the parcel has been lost in transit. Both the sender and myself are very unhappy about this situation. The money for the item has been taken out of my account. The situation is unacceptable. Vinted please help.
