I’d give a no star if I could

I’d give a no star if I could. Only person in this experience that made it enjoyable was the stylist at my David’s bridal in Fort Worth. Absolute garbage from here on out. A lady that had no interaction with me whatsoever came up to me right after I was crying about “saying yes to the dress” to give me her business card for alterations. Interrupted my moment and memories for years to come with a sales tactic. I understand if you want the business but that was not personal at all. I go home and once I get money for the dress I buy it online. Huge mistake don’t ever buy online. March 28 they take the money out and it’s processing (money out of my account) dress supposed to be here April 5. April 9 I message because you can’t talk to customer service over the phone. . A person gets back to me through text HOURS later at 9pm and then again at 11pm when I messaged and was trying to solve this around 2pm. Eventually they ignore my messages so I message and restart process on fiancés phone. Now they respond. New delivery now it’s April 19. I had to move so many appointments for alterations. The day I tried contacting them they refunded the money I didn’t realize because I got paid that day. I budgeted as if the dress had already been paid. It’s April 16 and now I’m negative in my account. No warning on redoing or restarting transaction at all. Did not speak to anyone at all and can’t get into contact. I hate this place horrible experience. I need a refund or partial refund I will NEVER recommend this place ever
