Placed an order for an "in stock" gown…
Placed an order for an "in stock" gown as a replacement gown for prom. Paid $40 additional for overnight delivery understanding it would be 2 day delivery for orders placed post 12 PM. The dress is delayed - cutting into our alteration timeline. It's in stock - I paid EXTRA for expedited delivery. Their TEXT line for customer service doesn't work. (Ain't Artificial Intelligence GRAND) - Their chat method doesn't work - because TWO representatives closed the call without doing ANYTHING to identify the nature of my inquiry. This is classic case of a good business with beautiful dresses - with TERRIBLE customer service and now we are in a major issue.
