This company is 5* plus I ordered a hair extension and it was the wrong colour and then the wrong colour was sent again I trust this was a warehouse issue and as soon I contacted Keely from customer services she did not hesitate to send the correct colour along with some extras for the inconvenience!! Nothing was to much trouble and it's 5* all round for me!!
